Projects are rail related civil engineering projects including work in the prestigious HS2 project, current projects range between £30M-£80M in value.

The Role
Reporting to the Managing Quantity Surveyor responsibilities will include:
Taking the lead role in the procurement of sub-contractors
Sub-contract management through to final account
Ensure accurate cost forecasting at all stages of the project life cycle
Produce cost and value reports, ensuring any change is captured
Monitor cash flow on the project
Provide leadership and guidance to junior members of the team
Provide commercial support to operational team.
Expereince Required
Suitable QS's will have no less than five years post graduate experience working on civil engineering, infrastructure or utility projects.
A thorough working knowledge of NEC contracts is essential, you will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of commercial success delivering projects or a portfolio of works valued in excess of £10M.
