As part of a significant increase in project work an opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor has become available working for a large infrastructure provider in East Sussex.

The successful QS will be work on a range of high value civil engineering and infrastructure projects across the East Sussex and Kent regions.
The Role
You will be to support the Commercial Manager and provide leadership and guidance to the wider commercial team and will be expected to l take responsibility for a diverse portfolio of civil engineering and M&E projects ranging from £5M- £25M in value.
Day to day duties will include cost planning, cost assurance, procurement, assisting with forecasting, cost analysis and assisting with carrying out risk and value management as well as managing contractor accounts and agreeing final accounts.
Experience Required
Suitable candidates will be educated to BSc Quantity Surveying and will be able to demonstrate experience working on civil engineering, infrastructure or utility projects in the UK.
You will be able to demonstrate a stable career history and a good understanding of NEC contracts as well as advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
