leading Civil Engineering contractor are seeking to increase its commercial team with the appointment of a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on civil engineering schemes in Surrey..
This role presents the opportunity to work on a framework and take ownership of a portfolio of works with the main emphasis being on sub contract management, agreeing final accounts and closing down projects. These positions will offer between 6 - 9months work for the appointed Quantity Surveyors

Monitoring contract costs against budgets
Identifying and managing potential risks
Preparation and agreeing CVRs
Agreeing final accounts
Closing down projects
Experience Required
Suitable Quantity Surveyors will be educated to BSc level in a related discipline and must be well versed with NEC forms of contracts.
You will have no less than five years QS experience working on civil engineering, utility or infrastructure projects in the UK.
