Due to a recently awarded tender a leading civil engineering contractor have an opportunity for a commercial manager to complement their team in London. The scheme is includes a new rail station and is part of a wider major infrastructure scheme valued at £200M+

The Role
The main purpose of the Commercial Manager will be to provide leadership and guidance to the team whilst ensuring compliance with the contract. You will also be responsible for monitoring cash flow and budgets and for managing change control, identification and management of changes to the contract.
Experience Required
You will have extensive knowledge and experience of the commercial management of high-value civil engineering or rail contracts and have the ability to manage high-value contractual disputes to successful conclusion.
