Description

An established specialist highways and infrastructure contractor that operate across London are seeking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to complement their team in East London.
The business are part of a wider group that deliver major infrastructure projects across the UK.

The Role
Reporting to the Commercial Lead and providing support to junior team members responsibilities will include;
Verifying sub-contract requisitions
Managing sub-contract accounts including applications for payment
Liaising with and providing commercial support to site teams
Maintaining records and produce monthly cost and value reports
Managing sub-contract payments and agree final accounts

Experienced Required
Suitable candidates will be educated to HNC / BSc in Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management and will be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of NEC contracts.
You will be able to demonstrate an excellent grasp of Microsoft Excel and and a proven track record of commercial success delivering infrastructure, highways maintenance and or utility projects.
This role is immediately available.
