Description
A tier one utility contractor are seeking to appoint a SHE Advisor to provide assistance to the operational team with regards to Health, Safety and Environmental issues.
The main base of the role is North London with frequent site visits within the M25 .
The work involved is predominately foul water pipe line repairs and associated highway repairs.
Reporting to the SHE Manager the SHE Advisor will monitor compliance with company H&S policies, procedures and legislation.
The Role
Responsibilities will include:
Monitoring operational teams through site inspections.
Carry out internal audits and investigations
Deliver toolbox talks and organise necessary H&S training
Assist with the production of risk assessments,
Produce reports on live projects
Review subcontractor RAMS.
Experience Required
Suitable applicants will be qualified to NEBOSH and must hold a full driving licence.
CSCS card and NRSWA Supervisor card is desirable.
You will have no less than two years HSE experience a gained working in utility, civil engineering or infrastructure projects in the UK.
