Description
A tier one contractor have a requirement for an experienced utility supervisor to join their team to work on projects in East Anglia.
They are working on a Gas Framework and are responsible for mains renewals and repairs across the region.
The main function of the role will be to manage the reinstatement works ensuring the highest standards of works are delivered in a safe and timely manner.
The Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager duties will include:
Supervision and management of the site teams and operatives.
Compile Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)
Carrying out site audits
Materials and plant ordering
Traffic management
Ensure adherence to health &safety
Ensuring adherence to company and legislative processes and procedures
Ensure that productivity targets and client requirements are met on time
Expereince Required
Experience as a Site Supervisor in the utilities sector is essential.
You will be able to demonstrate significant experience managing reinstatement works.
You will hold relevant NRSWA and SMSTS certificates
