Site Manager – Build
West Midlands
£50,000 - £60,000 + Package
A new opportunity for a Site Manager has arisen with a medium size, privately owned, main contractor who operate on regional basis within the West Midlands. The business delivers commercial, education and care home schemes, ranging in value from £5m - £25m, with most of their work being negotiated. They have a healthy work book well into 2021.
You will currently be a Site Manager, either operating as a number one on your own building scheme or perhaps a number two on a larger scheme.
You will need to be skilled in managing and motivating your team, managing all operational aspects of the project to achieve the budget while delivering to the highest quality and on time. You will identify and manage potential risks and opportunities, have a keen eye for detail to manage handover and ensure snag free completion.
HNC/HND or Degree
SMSTS
First Aid
MCIOB Qualification is desirable but not essential
