Description
A leading Regional infrastructure contractor is seeking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to complement their existing team in Sussex.
The company have continued to grow steadily in the region and are currently delivering a portfolio of around 10 highways, infrastructure and flood defence projects locally.
The initial project you will be based on is a civil engineering scheme valued at £8M just out side Brighton which is due for completion mid 2017.

The Role
Reporting to the Managing QS your remit will include cost reporting, forecasting
sub-contract management, carrying out measurements, and assisting with agreeing final accounts. The contract is being delivered under NEC target cost terms and conditions.
Experience Required
This role is open to both Assistant and Project Quantity Surveyors
Suitable applicants will be educated to HNC/ BSc Quantity Surveying and be able to demonstrate experience working on civil engineering projects under NEC terms. Ideal candidates will be educated to BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
