Description

As part of recent restructure an opportunity for a Project Quantity Surveyor or Cost Manager has become available working for a large infrastructure provider in East Sussex.
The business offer successful APC and RICS training programme as well as comprehensive professional development schemes and fantastic career prospects.

The Role
You will be to support the Senior QS's and wider commercial team and will take responsibility for a diverse portfolio of civil engineering and M&E projects ranging from £5M- £25M in value.
Day to day duties will include cost planning, cost assurance, procurement, assisting with forecasting, cost analysis and assisting with carrying out risk and value management as well as managing contractor accounts and agreeing final accounts.

Experience Required
Suitable candidates will be educated to BSc Quantity Surveying and will be able to demonstrate experience working on civil engineering, infrastructure or utility projects in the UK.
You will be able to demonstrate a stable career history and a good understanding of NEC contracts as well as advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
