Description
An opportunity for a data capture validator has become available to work on a major gas utility framework.
The purpose of the role will be to capture and validate all information for the contract as well as to collate validate and maintain operational packs to aid the field based Data Capture Technicians.
The Role
Responsibilities will include;
Capture all data relating to service job cards utilising the company's electronic system.
Help create and maintain a robust tracking system for services and operational packs information.
Liaise with operations teams to obtain documentation relevant to the operational packs.
Attending regular meetings with the client and supply chain
Help to ensure all auditing procedures are adhered to
Providing administration support to the wider team
Experience Required
Suitable applicants will be able to demonstrate simular administrative experience within the construction or utilities industries.
You will have excellent communication skills and have a proficient knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Excel, Word and familiar with electronic CRMs
