Description
The business has been established for over 50 years, they are profitable and have expanded in a sustainable way year on year.
This is an important strategic role, the successful candidate will be required to manage and set effective customer strategies, systems and processes to competently deliver a first class customer experience for to the business' clients and their customers.
The Role
Working as part of the Senior Management team you will develop a customer strategy for the business that will drive increased customer service performance across a number of frameworks and business units. Responsibilities will include:
Undertaking cost benefit analysis
Identifying risks and opportunities
Carrying our reviews of and improving customer related work procedures and complience
Resource planning
Developing and excellent relationships with stakeholders
Develop and roll out a comprehensive customer service training programme
Monitor and report on customer improvement plans.
Expereince Required
Applicants must have previous experience working within the utility sector in a senior customer manager or director role.
You will a good understanding of Ofwat and have excellent analytical skills combined with first class leadership skills.
