Description

We require a Freelance Quantity Surveyor, on behalf of one of our clients, a leading construction company.

The role involves working on a £10 million new build commercial scheme in Nottingham. The rate of pay is £300 to £330 per day dependent on your level of experience. The duration of the role is initially 6 months, with an immediate start.

Duties

Procurement of sub contract packages.
Assisting with final accounts.
Analysing sub-contractor's quotations.
Identifying potential risks and evaluate options for control.
On-site measurement and measurement of drawings as required.
Ensure all work complies with quality, safety and environmental policies and the requirements of the company procedure.
Preparing plans, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation.
