Description

An excellent opportunity has become available for a Quantity Surveyor to work for a water services provider in Berkshire.
The business provide both clean and foul water solutions to millions of households and business across the South East of England.
This position offers the chance to work for a market leader who offer fantastic training, including support for APC / RICS and career development to their staff, they are also in a position to offer continuity of work for the foreseeable within the Berkshire region.

The Role
Working closely with the Senior QS and operational teams responsibilities will include:
Assisting with carrying out contractor procurement for schemes
Managing payment applications through liaising with internal finance teams
Assisting with dispute resolution where required
Payment certifications
Estimating and Cost reporting.

Experience Required
Suitable applicants will be educated to BSc Quantity Surveying and will be able to demonstrate experience working on civil engineering or utility projects,
water experience is not essential.
This opportunity should appeal to an QS seeking professional development and RICS / APC Status
