Description
A specialist utility contractor are seeking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to work on their framework with Southern Water.
The company have visibility of work for 12 months and are likely to be awarded the next five year framework there after.
The Role
Reporting to the Managing QS the position include the following duties:
Managing subcontractors
Producing estimates for medium to large size schemes
Client liaison including negotiating final accounts
Carrying out change management and compelling reports
Experience Required
Desirable is experience in the water or utility sector, however more important is civil engineering and NEC contractural knowledge and experience.
This role is immediately available.
