Senior Quantity Surveyor - Freelance
Harwich, Essex
£350 p/day

We currently have a freelance vacancy for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to assist with commercial aspects of a highways scheme.

You will have experience on highways works, and most certainly have had exposure to Change Management and the preparation and building of CE’s whilst working on NEC3 Option C.

The location is Essex and you will be site based. An initial contract duration of three months is offered with every likelihood of this being extended. An immediate start awaits the suitable candidate.

Requirements:

Degree or equivalent in a commercial related subject
Contract negotiation skills
Exposure to change management
Preferably previous experience of working on highways schemes
Good working knowledge of NEC3 Option C
