Description

Due to in increase in allocated work a Civil Engineering and Utility Contractor with a turnover of circa £300M is seeking to appoint a Senior QS to work on projects across Berkshire.

The Role

Working on a utility framework you will manage a number of schemes at anyone time with a combined value of £10M schemes are water related and reporting to the commercial manger your duties will include subcontract management, cost reporting, cost reconciliations and providing commercial support to operational teams as required.

This opportunity offers a varied Senior QS role working for well established contractor with healthy order books. This particular framework will run until 2026.

Experience Required

To be considered you will be educated to HNC/ BSc Quantity Surveying and be able to demonstrate experience working on civil engineering, infrastructure or utility projects in the UK.

An excellent understanding of NEC contracts is essential
