I’m recruiting a Project Manager for a large well-known UK privately owned and family managed contracting business.
The role involves modular units on hospital sites, providing retail space at the main entrances with some office and consulting rooms. The work tends to be negotiated as the business is part owner of the modular service.
The schemes are national, therefore there will be an element of travel/lodge involved.
You will need to be skilled in managing and motivating your team, managing all operational aspects of the project to achieve the budget while delivering to the highest quality and on time. You will identify and manage potential risks and opportunities, have a keen eye for detail to manage handover and ensure snag free completion.
HNC/HND or Degree
SMSTS
First Aid
MCIOB Qualification is desirable but not essential
