A long-established market leading client of ours is seeking to appointment a Commercial Manager to financially govern their regional small works division.
The small works division forms part of a larger construction group Established over 100 years ago, growing from a small family business to a what is today a national business employing over 650 people.
You will report to the Commercial Director and expect to have 6 direct Quantity Surveyors reporting in. Projects typically range from £100k to £4m in value and in general total around £15m at any one time.
Projects are delivered under a wide range of construction contracts including traditional, design and build, framework and partnering arrangements and include structural alterations, refurbishment, extension and new build works across a range of sectors.
