Description

Due to their continued expansion and a number of recently awarded tenders a Tier 1 civil engineering and rail contractor are seeking to recruit a Project Quantity Surveyor to work on a £30M enabling works package in Central London.
This presents a genuinely exiting opportunity for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join an organisation that are well placed to fast track your career as they continue to grow.

The Role
Reporting to the commercial lead you will carry out the full range of post contract Quantity Surveying duties fro, subcontract procurement, subcontractor management, CVR's and agreeing final accounts.
The contract is administered under NEC condition and forms part of the largest civil engineering scheme currently being undertaken in Europe.

Experience Required

Suitable applicants will be educated to BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent and will be able to demonstrate experience working at Project QS level for recognised contractors.
You will have a stable career history and be well versed with NEC contracts.
Civil engineering, rail, utility or infrastructure experience is essential.
