The Role
Reporting to the Senior QS and working as part of an established team the AQS will assist with:
Sub-Contract Management
Payment Applications
Cost Reporting and identification of change
Managing Change effectively
Agreeing Final Accounts
Experience Required
Suitable applicants will be educated to BSc Quantity Surveying and be able to demonstrate no less than 1 years experience working on civil engineering, infrastructure or utility projects.
A good working knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts is required
