Description
The portfolio of works is diverse and includes a developments as part of major new station builds, rail depots, track re-allignment projects and rail related infrastructure projects.
Projects are generally valued between £10M-£25M.
The Role
Reporting to the Commercial Director the main purpose of the Commercial Manager will be to provide leadership and guidance to the team whilst ensuring compliance with the contract. You will also be responsible for monitoring cash flow and budgets and for managing change control, identification and management of changes to the contract.
Experience Required
You will have extensive knowledge and experience of the commercial management of high value rail projects and or civil engineering schemes. You must have the ability to manage high-value contractual disputes to successful conclusion and ideally have experience working with Network Rail, TFL or Crossrail
