Description

Due to being awarded a significant water framework across Sussex and Kent a leading civil engineering business are seeking to appoint a Senior Process Engineer to complement their design team in Sussex. The role forms part of the delivery of Asset Management Programme 7 which runs until 2025 with every chance of further extensions.

The Role
Reporting to the Chief Engineer responsibilities will include:
Undertaking outline or detailed process engineering design
Preparing and checking project calculations and deliverables
Working t to the project programme for activities/deliverables and understanding interdependencies
Supporting site based commissioning support where assigned
Attending site visits for data acquisition and meeting site operators
Providing technical input to the procurement process
Support the company performance management process.

Experience Required
Suitable applicants will be educated to BSc in Civi Engineering or similar Process Engineering discipline and will ideally be of Chartered Status.
No less than five years experience gained in the water sector is essential as is a sound working knowledge of waste water treatment plants.
