Description
A tier one utility contractor are seeking to appoint a SHEQ Advisor to provide assistance to the operational team with regards to Health, Safety Environmental and Quality issues
The company are well placed to offer a rewarding long-term career and have healthy forward order books with visibility of project work through to 2026.
Reporting to the SHE Manager the SHE Advisor will monitor compliance with company H&S policies, procedures and legislation, the position will involve frequent travel between sites across London.
The Role
Responsibilities will include:
Monitoring operational teams through site inspections
Carry out internal audits and investigations
Deliver toolbox talks and organise necessary H&S training
Assist with the production of risk assessments,
Produce reports on live projects
Review subcontractor RAMS.
Experience Required
Suitable applicants will be qualified to NEBOSH or at the very least working towards achieving it and must hold a full driving licence.
CSCS card and NRSWA Supervisor card is desirable.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications
You will have no less than three years HSE experience a gained working in utility, civil engineering or infrastructure projects in the UK.
