Description

Due to recently awarded tenders a civil engineering contractor that maintain a heavy presence in the power sector have an opportunity for a Performance Analyst to complement their team in Reading. The role being offed on a hybrid working arrangement and presents the chance to an established business that are on a significant growth trajectory.

The Role
Working along side the commercial / Quantity Surveying team responsibilities will include:
Production and analysis of weekly Performance Management Information for Management Team Meeting
Production and analysis of monthly performance pack for Framework Board Meeting
Liaison with all key stakeholder to ensure all information is received in a timely manner and to the correct standard
Working with commercial and planning team to review, cleanse and jeopardy manage projects on the internal system

Experienced Required
Suitable applicants will be able to demonstrate similar experience working as a commercial or performance analyst
Excellent excel, smart sheet and Power BI or equivalent skills essential
You will be a team player and willing to liaise with multiple disciplines and be organised, pro-active self-starter looking to continuously develop and improve processes and systems.
