Description

Due to an increase in recently awarded tenders in the power sector a civils and utility main contractor are seeking to recruit a Supervisor to complement their team in London.
Projects are electrical HV, 11, 32 & 132 KV cable installations on behalf of leading international property developers and for a number of large scale data centres.
The business are well placed to offer the appointed Site Supervisor excellent on going career prospects with a growing business that enjoy a diverse portfolio of work.

The Role
Responsibilities include:
As part of a team with the Site Manager to deliver schemes throughout the region
Carry out general supervisory duties and the day-to-day running of the site
Manage notices and permits
Keep accurate daily records, method statements and risk assessments
Ensure health and safety is kept to a high standard
Carrying out inspections and ITPs
Ordering of materials such as cable joints
Assist the Site Manager with the delivery of the project to program

Experience Required
Suitable applicants will be able to demonstrate experience working on utility projects as a Supervisor
Experience of HV cabling and knowledge of HV Cable jointing is highly desirable.
NRSWA Supervisors ticket is essential and SMSTS is desirable
