Description

Due to a recently awarded tender a privately owned specialist civil engineering contractor that turnover £150M per annum have an opportunity for a Works Manager on project in Paddington, Central London. The Works Manager will take ownership of HSEQ, programme and commercial targets and will be heavily involved in quality management and providing technical support to the site based teams. The Role
Reporting to the Senior Contracts Manager responsibilities will inclide:
Understand project objectives and ensuring works are delivered to the highest standards of HSEQ.
Continue to develop client relationships and provide ongoing technical support to the site team
Monitor the construction programme and identification and management of risks
Identification and effective management of any changes
Record and monitor works progress against set budgets.

Experience Required
Suitable applicants will be able to demonstrate experience working on civil engineering, infrastructure or utility projects in a similar role.
CSCS, SMSTS tickets are essential.
