Description
An ambitious and experienced Project Quantity Surveyor is sought to compliment a successful team of a tier 1 contractor who excels in the delivery of enviable schemes across a range of civil engineering sectors.
The Role
Reporting to the Project Manager on site, you will be responsible for all commercial and contractual matters on the site. You will be able to effectively manage and mentor an Assistant Surveyor to successfully deliver a particular project. On larger more intricate projects, you may be required to carry out the same tasks for a section or sections of the works, while reporting to a Senior or Managing Quantity Surveyor.
Experience Required
Ideally you will be HND/Degree qualified and be able to demonstrate adequate commercial experience working on civil engineering projects of no less than £10m. You will also be familiar with NEC forms of contract and obtain the necessary desire to work in an environment where you are well respected and expected to continue to develop and progress in your career.
