Description

Due to recent successful tenders a privately-owned civil engineering contractor are seeking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a civil engineering projects in East Sussex.
The successful Senior QS will manage a portfolio of infrastructure projects with a combined value of circa £10M.

The Role
Reporting to the Commercial Manager you will be responsible for managing sub-contract accounts, producing cost reports, CVR’s identifying and managing commercial risk and agreeing final accounts. The projects are administered under NEC terms.

Experience Required
You will be educated to BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent and will have good understanding of NEC contracts. You will be able to demonstrate experience in successful commercial delivery of civil engineering schemes including earthworks and piling.
