Our client is a highly successful Blue Chip Contractor based in West Yorkshire who, due to continued growth, is seeking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to join their established and friendly team.With a regional turnover in excess of £80m and a very healthy order book born of strong client relationships, this business has a proven track record of delivery across both the private and public sectors for over 25 years.
Typical projects range in value from £2m to £40m and include Commercial, Residential, Education, Healthcare and Retail and Leisure projects. They are also on several framework agreements which affords them ongoing, consistent work and security.

The Opportunity:
Reporting to the Commercial Manager and based at the company’s Regional Head office in the Bradford area, responsible for carrying out Quantity Surveying duties for a variety of new build and refurbishment projects for blue chip clients across the UK.
As such you must have a proven track record as a Quantity Surveyor working in a Main Contracting environment, working as part of a team.
