Description

Intersect has partnered with a leading residential contractor based in Beckenham in their search for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor. The business is an established contractor with a strong pipeline of work secured for 2024 and beyond.

In addition to several recently secured tenders, they have a great training program and are well known for low staff turnover and great company culture.

Due to their successful project wins they are now searching for an ambitious assistant quantity surveyor to join the commercial team. The successful quantity surveyor will be responsible for managing a number of different build packages across several projects.

The Role:

- Managing several build packages.
- Working across several residential projects
- reporting to a Senior Quantity Surveyor & Commercial manager
- Commutable distance to Beckenham

Experience required

-Degree (BSc, MSc or HNC)
- 2+ years of contracting experience
- Previous experience of managing subcontractor package
- CVR reporting.
-JCT contract knowledge
