Description
The Role
You will be required to attend project managers weekly meetings
and provide feedback on public liaison / stakeholder issues
Attend any public forums and open days for the project
Produce stakeholder management plan
Meet with key stakeholders to address their concerns
Maintain a customer care data base recording all complaints and
Provide administrative support to the site office
Produce reports relating to customer complaints and relevant
KPI data.
Actively engage with OCC communications and public liaison officers
Ensure project manager is kept informed of all complaints and compliments
Ensure all stakeholders are kept informed of progress and key issues
Produce report and attend weekly meetings.
Experience Required
Suitable applicants will have previous experience in a customer
focused role ideally within the construction sector.
You will be able to demonstrate experience communicating at
varying levels and to different stakeholders / communities.
