Description

The Role
Reporting to the Commercial Manager your duties will include estimating costs of schemes, preparing tender documents, managing subcontractors, agreeing value of works, producing cost and CVR reports and liaising with the project and contracts managers to produce cost and value comparison on a monthly basis. The contract is administered under NEC Target cost conditions.
Experience Required
To be considered you will be educated to BSc Quantity Surveying and be able to demonstrate experience working as a Senior QS on civil engineering and or rail contracts for a main contractor in the UK. You must have a thorough understating of NEC contracts.
