Description

A leading civil engineering contractor is seeking to recruit a Site Engineer to complement their utility division. The contractor is responsible for the delivery of a clean and foul water pipeline renewals across Kent and East Sussex under the AMP 6 Framework.

The Role

Reporting to the Site Agent and working as part of the management team the Site Engineer will work along side and liaise with designers, supervisors, planner and sub-contractors. Responsibilities will include the supervision of activity on site, setting out, managing quality assurance, producing method statements and managing all associated documentation on site. You will also be required to liaise with the client .
Experience Required

Suitable candidates will be educated to HNC or BSc Civil Engineering

The role is open to recent graduates as well a experienced engineers.
You will ideally be able to demonstrate knowledge working on water utility projects including deep drainage, and have an understanding of rising mains.
First class IT skills are essential.
