Description

An opportunity for an ambitious QS to join a leading multi-disaplined tier one contractor has become available in Devon.
Reporting to the Managing QS you will work on a long term infrastructure framework across region.
This role offers the chance for career minded Quantity Surveyor to join a leading business who will invest in your professional development and where you can achieve your true potential.

The Role
Accurately cost value reporting across the whole area
Analyse data to identify waste and improvements
Ensure cashflow is maximised and all applications are submitted on time
Resolve disputes in a timely manner
Ensure the commercial aspects of the Contract Review are covered and closed out
Maximise tender margin against subcontract resources used

Experience Required
Suitable candidates will have worked on framework contracts ideally in the civil engineering or infrastructure sector.
You will have a good working knowledge of NEC contracts and be educated to HNC/ BSc in a related discipline
