Due to several successful tenders, they are now looking to expand their commercial team with a talented Quantity Surveyor. The successful Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for leading a £17m refurbishment project in Orpington that is at the early stages of pre-construction.

The successful candidate will have experience in leading previous commercial schemes and will ideally have Cut & Carve experience.

The Role

- Commercial Lead £17m refurbishment project
- Managing projects from inception of project to completion.
- Supporting the wider site team to ensure the project is delivered on time & within budget.
- Orpington Based.

Experience Needed

- Previous commercial lead experience
- JCT Contract knowledge
- Cut & Carve experience
- Commutable to Orpington
