Description

About You

This opportunity is ideal for an established Commercial Manager or an ambitious Managing Quantity Surveyor looking to take the next step into a regional commercial leadership role.

You'll have a proven track record within a civil engineering contractor delivering major highways and infrastructure projects and be comfortable overseeing the commercial performance of multiple schemes.

You will have experience in:

Civil Engineering
Highways
Infrastructure
National Highways
Local Authority Frameworks
Section 278 Works
Earthworks
Drainage
NEC Contracts

You'll also demonstrate:

Experience leading commercial teams and mentoring Quantity Surveyors.
Strong commercial acumen with responsibility for multiple projects or a regional portfolio.
Excellent NEC contract knowledge.
The confidence to build relationships with clients, operational teams and senior stakeholders.
A driven, ambitious mindset with the desire to progress your career within a rapidly growing contractor.
