Location: Flexible / Remote (occasional presence in Brighton office preferred, 1–2 days per week)
Are you a Quantity Surveyor with programme awareness and NEC experience? Do you want to play a key role in supporting major water sector projects, helping teams deliver programmes and meet critical milestones?
A specialist cost management consultancy working in the water sector, and we’re looking for a Quantity Surveyor – Programme Support to work closely with Project Managers, understand project programmes, and provide clear, actionable reporting. This is a flexible role, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to make a real impact.
What you’ll do:
Support project teams in delivering programmes and meeting milestones.
Work with Project Managers to understand project schedules and influences.
Produce accurate programme reports and highlight risks or issues.
Apply your Quantity Surveying expertise to commercial and contractual matters.
Ensure alignment with NEC contracts and commercial management frameworks.
What we’re looking for:
Professional Quantity Surveying experience is essential.
NEC contract experience and programme awareness.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Highly organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Able to work remotely, with occasional visits to our Brighton office.
Desirable:
Experience in the water or wider infrastructure sector.
Familiarity with programme reporting tools and project management software.
