Contract Senior Quantity Surveyor – Major Infrastructure Projects

A leading consultancy has an opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a long-term infrastructure project in Warwickshire.
The company are established within the energy and utility sectors, where they support and add commercial value and expertise to a range of clients.
They are now looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to step in at the sharp end of major infrastructure delivery. This is not a box-ticking role — you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of high-value NEC contracts, driving progress on projects that keep the country moving today and support the transition to tomorrow’s cleaner energy landscape.

Experience Required
Strong track record in construction contracts and NEC4 (Options A, C & E).
Proven experience in contract and project management at a senior level.
Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying.
Full UK driving licence.
(Bonus: utilities sector experience / MRICS status.)
