Description

A leading civil engineering contractor have an opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join their team, this is a great opportunity for an ambitious administrator to gain excellent hands on training with a leading tier one contractor based in Surrey.

The Role

The primary function of the Administrator will be to support with administrative duties ranging from office administrative duties, processing data on the database to producing weekly and monthly reports on specific projects, other responsibilities will include:
• Sub-contractor applications and certifying
• Assisting in preparing client applications including meeting deadlines
• Processing supplier invoices for payment
• Assisting in weekly/Monthly reporting
• Dealing with client commercial queries

Experience Required

Suitable candidates will have ideally worked as an Administrator within the construction/civil engineering sectors and will be able to demonstrate:
• Administration experience
• Strong communication skills
• Great organisational skills and a detail-oriented, accurate approach
• Excellent numeracy and IT skills including an excellent working knowledge of Excel and Word
