You’ll join a team that values safety first, collaboration, and client focus — all within a friendly, inclusive environment where you’re encouraged to thrive.
Where You’ll Be Working
This role sits within a water and wastewater capital project delivery team. The work focuses on large-scale infrastructure programmes designed to keep water networks resilient, compliant, and environmentally responsible for the long term.
Our teams help clients safeguard water supply, extend asset life, and meet quality and regulatory standards — drawing on decades of combined engineering and infrastructure experience.
Key Responsibilities
Develop tender, design, and construction programmes, and manage these throughout the full project lifecycle.
Review contracts and specifications, including checking of drawings, technical documents, and activity schedules.
Support procurement of subcontractors and materials, including preparation of estimates and quotations.
Manage health, safety, and environmental performance, including Construction Phase Health Plans and Project Quality Plans under CDM.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and project partners, ensuring successful project delivery that meets commercial and safety objectives.
Lead and support multidisciplinary teams through the full project lifecycle from design to commissioning.

Proven track record in project management, ideally from an engineering or supervisory background.
Experience across planning, specification, design, procurement, and commissioning stages of projects.
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and civil engineering materials and equipment.
Working knowledge of NEC4 contracts, quality assurance, and health & safety procedures.
Full UK driving licence.
