The Role
Reporting to the Contracts Manager the Site Agent will be responsible for the delivery of two lives schemes at any one time. You will be responsible for the entire operational aspect of the site including; management of sub-contractors, ensuring the health, safety and welfare of site staff, management of streetworks, highways reinstatements and ensuring schemes are delivered in line with the defined programme of works.
As a result of an increase in actively on their framework a leading civil engineering and utility contractor are seeking to appoint an experienced Site Agent to deliver a number of mains water pipe replacement schemes across Kent and Sussex. Experience Required
Suitable applicants will hold valid NRSWA cards and must be able to demonstrate experience delivering utility schemes and managing sites in their entirety from site set up to completion.
You will have a string awareness of health & safety and ideally hold relevant first aid qualifications. Any experience working as a Site Agent or Project Manager on water mains renewals will be advantageous.
