Description
A leading utility contractor is seeking to recruit an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work on a framework in the water sector. This presents a great opportunity work on a long –term project with a allowing for plenty of time and scope for career development and advancement. The company are part of a wider group with interests across the wider civil engineering and construction sector including, airports, highways, rail, commercial and residential construction.
The Role
Working under the guidance of a Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be involved with every stage of the Quantity Surveying process; your responsibilities will include assisting with sub-contract management, commercial reporting and supplier accounts assessments. The contract is administered under NEC conditions.
Experience Required
To be considered you must be educated to BSc Quantity Surveying and be able to demonstrate no less than one years experience working on civil engineering, infrastructure or utility projects in the UK.
