Manage change control processes including variations, compensation events, delays and extensions of time
Produce monthly cost reports, forecasts and commercial performance updates
Support project teams with cost management, forecasting and financial decision-making

Contribute to procurement activity and support tender evaluations where required
Drive value engineering initiatives and promote commercially informed delivery decisions
Maintain robust commercial controls, governance and reporting standards across projects
Support dispute avoidance through proactive contract administration and stakeholder engagement
Champion health, safety and environmental standards across all activities
About You

You will ideally bring:

Proven experience operating at Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor level within infrastructure, utilities or construction environments
Strong commercial and financial management capability across project delivery

Working knowledge of change management, claims and commercial risk processes
Strong understanding of construction contracts and commercial principles
Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to balance attention to detail with a practical, delivery-focused mindset
A proactive and collaborative approach to problem solving
Qualifications
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
Professional membership or working towards accreditation with RICS, CICES or equivalent is desirable
Why Join?

Exposure to a broad and diverse portfolio of civil engineering and utility projects
Genuine opportunity to influence delivery and progress your career within a growing team
Supportive and collaborative working environment with a focus on development and continuous improvement
