Description

Project Quantity Surveyor – Major Infrastructure Project (High Wycombe)

We’re partnering with a leading UK contractor to recruit a Project Quantity Surveyor for an exciting £20m Viaduct Refurbishment Project based in High Wycombe (M40).

This long-term project involves a variety of specialist civil engineering works including concrete repairs, painting, joint replacements, and complex temporary works. It’s a great opportunity to join a well-established team and work on a high-profile scheme that will strengthen your experience and career development.

The Role

As Project Quantity Surveyor, you’ll be site-based and report directly to the Commercial Manager. You’ll play a key role in managing costs, contracts, and commercial performance across the project, helping ensure successful delivery from start to finish.

About You

Good understanding of NEC contracts

Experience within civil engineering or highways projects (advantageous)

Previous experience as an Assistant QS and Quantity Surveyor

Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management

RICS-accredited qualification (preferred)
