Description

A tier one civil engineering contractor are seeking to appoint a Commercial Manager to complement their team in London. With healthy order books their the organisation is on a significant growth trajectory and with this brings genuine opportunity for career advancement to director level.
The portfolio of works is diverse and includes a water treatment facility, developments as part of major new station builds and rail related infrastructure projects.
Projects are valued between £30M-£50M.

The Role
Reporting to the Commercial Director the main purpose of the Commercial Manager will be to provide leadership and guidance to the team whilst ensuring compliance with the contract. You will also be responsible for monitoring cash flow and budgets and for managing change control, identification and management of changes to the contract.

Experience Required
You will have extensive knowledge and experience of the commercial management of high-value civil engineering or rail contracts and have the ability to manage high-value contractual disputes to successful conclusion.
This role will suit an ambitious commercial manager or change manager seeking the opportunity to join a business that recognise and reward hard work and talent accordingly.
