Description
The company are responsible for providing clean and waste water services to over four million people and are currently undergoing major changes to support a more environmentally friendly approach and in order to be able to adapt to a growing population and challenges presented by climate change. The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of schemes valued at circa £50M over a five year period.
The Role
Reporting to a Programme Manager the Project Manager will be the main coordinator for ensuring pre and post contract functions are working in harmony to achieve the programme of works on time and within budget. Key responsibilities will inclide: Stakeholder management performance reporting, project governance, financial forecasting project planning and site inspections ensuring SHEQ compliance and quality.
Experience Required
Suitable applicants will be able to demonstrate experience as a Project Manager either on the client side or working for a recognised contractor.
You will be able to demonstrate a tangible track record of stakeholder management and project delivery within the civil engineering, infrastructure, MIECA or utility sector.
