Description

A specialist civil engineering and utility contractor that maintain healthy forward order books are have an opportunity for a Project Manager to work on multi-utility related projects across Greater London.
Current live projects in the region include new connections, new network installations and diversions,

The Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager you will manage a number of schemes concurrently.
Responsibilities will include:
Overseeing the production of RAMS
Draw up and implement the Programme of works and associated reporting to team members.
Implementation of permitting requirements
Oversee overall quality and smooth delivery of projects
Monitor Health and Safety
Attend client meetings and build good rapport with the client through effective, regular communication.

Experience Required
Suitable applicants will be able to demonstrate a proven track record working as a Project Manager / Contracts Manager within the gas, water or power utility sectors.
A good understanding of NEC contracts is important.
CSCS card Essential
NRSWA Supervisor Essential
Emergency First Aid
SMSTS or SSSTS accreditation.
